ASSISTANT CHEF

Event catering gives us a real buzz; no two events, no two weeks are the same!

We are looking for a competent and confident Assistant Chef. You must be happy and able to work on your own and as part of a team.

• Formal training is not essential but is preferred.

• Dessert/pastry skills would be particularly useful

• Own transport required

• 3-4 prep days in our small kitchen near Piddlehinton. Flexible hours (approx 9-5)

• 1-2 event days (weekends) usually within Dorset 

• Pay: DOE but approx £9-£12/hour for prep, 25% extra for events

• To start beginning of June

WAITING/EVENT STAFF

Staff needed every Saturday (and some Sundays) for weddings and events within Dorset

No previous experience necessary, just the ability to follow instructions

Must be 16 or over and have/be able to organise transport to and from the event.
